This policy explains how CityOne Tourism & Travel handles information submitted through cityonetravel.com.fj.
Information we collect
When you send a tour enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, country of residence, preferred date, group size, requested tour, pickup information and the message you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, check availability, prepare an itinerary and quote, manage a confirmed booking, provide customer support, maintain necessary business records and address complaints or disputes.
Sensitive and payment information
Do not submit card numbers, passport copies or confidential medical records through the website. If payment becomes available, card information will be entered only on the approved payment provider's secure page. CityOne does not intend to receive or store full card numbers.
Sharing information
We may share only the information reasonably required to arrange a requested service with relevant transport, attraction, accommodation or payment providers. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, bookings, customer service, accounting, legal and dispute purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
Cookies and analytics
The initial CityOne website does not use non-essential advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. If analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
Your choices
