Is submitting the form a confirmed booking?
No. It is a booking request. CityOne will confirm availability, itinerary, total price, inclusions and cancellation terms in writing before requesting payment.
Can you plan around my cruise ship?
Yes. Select Suva or Lautoka and include the ship name plus scheduled arrival and all-aboard times. We will propose timing designed around the port call, subject to traffic, weather and port conditions.
How will I pay?
Once the approved bank payment gateway is activated, confirmed customers will be directed to its secure page. CityOne will never ask you to send card numbers by email, form or messaging app.
Do you offer private and group tours?
Yes. Enquiries are welcomed from couples, families, cruise guests and organised groups. Pricing is tailored to the route, date, vehicle and number of guests.
Are the fleet images the exact vehicles I will receive?
No. They show CityOne's planned vehicle branding concepts. The confirmed model, capacity, licensing, insurance and availability will be provided in writing before payment.
What if someone needs accessibility support?
Tell us before booking about mobility, medical or dietary considerations relevant to the tour. Please do not send confidential medical records through the website.
